Just joined. Looking to get into the NHS BMI zone first of all. Started out at 14st 7. Need to get to at least 12st 13. Still a stone to lose yet!
Started the diet start about mid July. Kept to 1200 calories a day. I've lost about 7 pounds. All good so far. I haven't really exercised much at all!
However, last 2 weeks suddenly hit a brick wall losing weight. I haven't altered my diet. Can't get vastly below the 14st mark.
I know I may have to up or even start some decent excercise. Though is it possible the body adapt to a new calorie intake to maintain weight? I can't really lower the intake any more.

The amount you are eating doesn't sound like it is enough. I am only 5ft and had to eat more than this amount when I joined by looking at the NHS bmi calculator for the amounts to eat. Please check these amounts through this as the other sites seem to just give average amounts only where the bmi site gives personal amounts for each person. This was when I started losing weight. Good luck with your journey.
