I love certain things in life such as going shopping, the Twilight Movies and Take That. I know I am a man and not a teenage girl, but hey that is how I am wired.

For example I enjoyed myself around the Trafford Centre yesterday. The highlight for me was when a young lady went up and asked her dad, “What year is it?” He looked puzzled for a while and then responded, “Oh, with adults we use sizes and do not use years.” He then showed her the label on the clothes he was looking at.

You can imagine the queue of different size ladies going into a shop and saying, “I would like, erm, size 21- 25 years please!”

Well this week my year, sorry size, went down a little and I am back to what I was a couple of weeks ago before my celebration for my new job. Hence my song title for this week, “Back for Good” by Take That. I am at 190 lbs and I am not going over it again!
