Breakfast burritos for breakfast! Delicious. However going out for Indian meal tonight!! Booked before I embarked on my weight loss journey. I'm driving so not drinking! Any low calorie recommendations please for my food choices ? Xx

Small portions! And personally I don't think popadums are worth the calories. My fave is chicken or lamb tikka/tandoori which is fairly healthy. veggie dishes, such as aloo saag, and plenty side salad 😊

Most important, have fun! It's just one meal 😊

I always share a sashliq with a friend, pinch a spoon of someone else's sauce and have chapatti instead of naan. Enjoy!

I read Italian instead of Indian 😂😂 I was about to say go for small portions and try and avoid lots of pasta 😱😱😂😂

So I think you would be better off with IndigoBlue61 advice 😆😂

Have a fantastic evening and don't worry it's one meal, 😆 xx

I would avoid creamy sauces like masala or korma, go for tomato based sauces or dry meat like tandorri. I sometimes have a side order of veg with tandoori chicken . Enjoy!

I would skip the rice, naan, chapatti and poppadum. Also avoid the bombay potato and bhajis. Drink water, obvs. Ask for a jug of tap water. Other than that more or less dowutchalike. They are likely to be using ghee for cooking everything in so that's a plus for starters, and as long as you are avoiding all the carb laden side orders most of the main dishes are just going to be protein, fats and green veg so all-round win. I quite often have fish dishes in Indian restaurants.

Hmm. Now I want Indian. Damn.
