SURPRISED !!!! AFTER WEEK 9

back home after 2 weeks holidays and am so pleased that I have lost .5lb not much but surprised. my wife put on 1 pound but after over indulging we are both happy. so its back to normality now and we are back fresh and motivated. good luck everyone.

start 23st 9lb now 21st 2.5lb for me

start 10st 7.5lb now 9st 13.5lb for Margo

I am impressed you still lost on holiday, you must have made better choices automatically. I make some better choices and still put on so it just shows how bad I would be with no better choices like I used to make!
