Morning people! I've been here before so i know how supportive and non judgemental everyone is. Basically, 2 babies over last 5 years, mixed with rubbish will power and a prolonged bout of stress and emotional stuffing of my face, has landed me back to being about 4 stone over weight. I've spent last 4 months kicking myself for putting a load of weight back on (i lost 3 stone at beginning of 2016 through couch25k) but rather than flog myself any longer, i'm getting back on it.
I'm wondering if we can put those weight count down ticker tape type things on here? anyone know?
