3 weeks ago was last weigh in

3 weeks ago was my last weigh in.

Then I weighed 92.4kg now I weigh 92.1kg so a drop of 300g.

One significant plus was that I started a new job and the work clothes trousers are a size 14 😍😍😍

Lots of stress the last few weeks and some real weight fluctuations so hoping it will all balance itself out in the coming weeks.
