With not having any scales to hand I'll be checking progress with a measuring tape the first 5 weeks of the plan.

I made the classic mistake of eating before measuring, D'oh, but figure that will turn into bigger gains next week so went with it.

Anyway, if the measuring tape is to be trusted I lost an inch off my chest and an inch off my waist...WooHOOOOO!

That's a great start Stevo5585 🎉🎉

As with weighing, measuring on a set day at a set time each week will help iron out inconsistencies. Sounds like you've made excellent progress so far :)

Way to go, that's fantastic 🏆🏆 you should be very proud xx

That is fantastic news Stevo5585, especially given how difficult it is for you to get healthy food. Keep it up. We will be cheering you on all the way.

Best wishes EJ.

That's fantastic well done :)
