12-week plan with a twist

I'm going to give the 12-week plan a go but I'll need to adapt this first week as I'm on holiday. I don't want to nag myself whilst on holiday, but I don't want to add to those post-holiday blues by putting loads of weight on either.

I'm going to just have one course when I eat out and not eat between meals, do lots of scenic walking and take plenty of water with me. My aim is to maintain this week but still have fun.

  • That's a good approach. Holidays don't have to mean weightgain but if there is an extra pound, don't worry just crack on with Week One again.

  • That's an excellent plan Lakeswimmer 😊 Getting into the right habits takes time, and making small changes like saying no to desserts or reducing between meal snacking are perfect 😊
