12-week plan with a twist

I'm going to give the 12-week plan a go but I'll need to adapt this first week as I'm on holiday. I don't want to nag myself whilst on holiday, but I don't want to add to those post-holiday blues by putting loads of weight on either.

I'm going to just have one course when I eat out and not eat between meals, do lots of scenic walking and take plenty of water with me. My aim is to maintain this week but still have fun.

That's a good approach. Holidays don't have to mean weightgain but if there is an extra pound, don't worry just crack on with Week One again.

That's an excellent plan Lakeswimmer 😊 Getting into the right habits takes time, and making small changes like saying no to desserts or reducing between meal snacking are perfect 😊

Have a lovely week

Thank you. Plenty of tiny lambs everywhere to distract my thoughts of eating :) !
