The end of week one

So one week on and two pounds lighter! A massive thank you to everyone who has spurred me on. I've done a DVD, walked, and even tried bellydancing. Food days, I've not been perfect my any means but I'm not going to beat myself up about it. I think my proudest moments are kicking myself up the behind to keep on going. Next week's aim is another pound or two off and exercise. Last week in my job this week before a week off. Looking forward to it. Hopefully everyone is doing well and is having a good day

Congratulations! You have every right to be proud of yourself.

Belly dancing sounds like fun - I've been tempted by that, but I don't think they let guys do it :)

It was in the comfort of my loft in front of the video! No one saw thankfully! Give it a go!

Well done! The first two pounds down! The next will be gone before you know it :) we can't be perfect all the time, especially in the beginning so you've got the best attitude. Keep going! I look forward to seeing how well you do next week :)

How was the belly dancing? We sometimes do a bit of this in Zumba and my stomach aches aftwrwards!
