It's not how hard you fall but how high you bounce back!

For some reason yesterday I was so hungry all day that I ate way too much. Now this morning I don't feel great and I am reminded why I want to control my eating and lose the weight.

Instead of getting angry with myself I am going to forget it happened and move on and get focused again otherwise it could be a slippery slope. Wish me luck.

  • Thank you for that post. I think it will help me to get back on track. Ivery has about 8 days of not counting calories but just 'being careful' and boy is it showing on the scales!
