Found a tasty, slimming, vitamin packed meal in Marks and Spencer's cafe today - goat's cheese, beetroot, spinach, rocket and quinoa salad. Was full enough to resist the cakes.

Next time you're in M&S, also consider their 'Taste of Summer' salad pots (priced at £3 for 2). They're a great accompaniment to sliced chicken breast, tuna or salmon, for example.
