I started the 12 week plan on Thursday 1 st Dec and followed it to the letter for 2 weeks, tracking everything. I had already started couch to 5 k. I weighed in at 14 stone and I am now this morning 13 and 3 1/2 pounds So a loss of 10 and 1/2 pounds in 9 weeks. Since week 2 I have graduated from couch to 5k and have started the stepping stone app and doing the park runs on a Saturday morning. I have been 'watching' what I am eating, but not tracking it. So I have decided to go back and carry on from week 3 and post my weight every Thurs. This way I will educate myself on calories and learn from the guide which goes with each week. My goal is to get to 13 stone and then 12 stone. I am not sure how to get this post onto the Thursday weigh in post. If someone could explain that would be good.
