Hi all, happy new year I've registered again as having problems with my old details, my memory is so bad!
Anyway I lost 3 stone very slowly last year I've put 3 pounds on over Christmas & new year so I'm back on track now. I would like to lose about a stone more. I have a few health problems so I'm limited to some exercises such as weights & running, but we live by the sea & do go for walks with my husband at the weekends when he is off.
I'm feeling positive & love reading everyones stories on here
