Hello, I am Joseph. I live in Port Harcourt Nigeria and work in the office were I do sedentary work most of the time. Occasionally I get involved in jogging and other floor exercises but because I am irregular at it not much results have been noticed in my efforts to drop the pounds. By my BMI of 29, I am overweight, although I am about 6ft 1inch tall. My goal is to lose at least 15kg so I can get to at least 91kg. I appreciate what you fellow forum members have posted on the forum, showing your struggles and successes, and I wish in the months ahead, the posts that I shall share would be helpful and beneficial to you all.

Hi Joseph,
Welcome to the forum and good luck with your weight loss, health and fitness goals.

Weight loss is more about what you eat than how much you move about. Of course exercise is helping, but it won't do the trick alone. Why not have a look at the NHS 12 week plan?
