Trying to keep positive

Hi, I find that what help me, is make is list of meals, only buy the food needed to make those meals.go shopping after a meal so not hungry , lol and keep my eyes and body away from the chocolate and cakes, it does help and a big plus, don't shop with my hubby as is is amazing what finds its way into the trolley, lol it is helping, but it is hard. But needing a op helps a lot.

  • Some good, practical ideas there Susdav. My hubby is just the opposite of yours as when we go shopping, he rarely adds things to my trolley and usually ends up telling me we don't need half of it! x

  • Oh he does that too, it depends on who wants it. Lol

  • Yes - only go shopping straight after a meal - top advice!!!
