Good morning!

Hello everybody. Well the weekend is here. I am starting to feel abit more alert maybe to early haha. I actually went to the gym at 6am. I am still eating desserts at lunchtime and bedtime lunch, Maybe the extra,extra sugar I am cutting out is doing wonders mentally like less tired, sluggish and more alert. I am going to keep track of it. lol

You might feel even better if you reduce the desserts?

You are right it is just getting myself to do it,

I enjoy the changes I made, which has helped. I frequently have whipped, double cream for example, and avoid high-glycaemic/insulin spiking desserts.

What I've done is swap them for low fat yogurt and fruit. My favourites are mangoes and peaches 😊
