Comfort dinner

Well as its cold, damp and yuk, I dug out ( slightly adapted too) an old weight watchers recipe, of cauliflower and pasta cheese, very comforting, warming too.

It made me 2 portions

Small head if broccoli

60g of strong cheddar cheese

250 mls if semi skimmed milk

2teasp of butter

2 teasp flour

60g of pasta shapes

1/2 onion chopped

Good dose of engevita ( optional)

Cook, pasta and broccoli, add sauce and onion bake till crispy, I used baked tomatoes too, cals 375 a portion.

Totally yummy and comforting!
