Eating out

So tonight I had 1500 calories left (exercise cals included) before dinner, decided to go to a Nepalese restaurant. Had one poppadom with the 4 little sauces, half of the pilau rice and half of the Tandoori Chilli, which had a lot of onion and tomato pieces in it, and asked for a box for the rest. Calculated cals at home, even if just estimation, got 970 kcals. Washed down with mineral water. Overall I did pretty well, and felt full and really satisfied. In my previous life I used to scoff the lot, and certainly not leave anything. Hope you have a lovely weekend!

Wow that is a big achievement one that I could have a go at, that means you can happily eat out now and not worry about the scales you must be so glad.
