2nd week of weigh in

Another 1lb loss - now 12st 2lbs - really pleased, especially as I've had a couple of days away so haven't had total control of wood offered but I'm finding it so much easier with this plan as I haven't restricted what I eat, just tried to eat when I'm actually hungry (rather than mistaking food for drink) and not such big portions as I got used to with Slimming World.
