Just joined and I have a LOT of weight to lose. Tried various different methods in the past, but I struggle due to PCOS (which has affected my insulin resistance) and spending at least half my time on the road, which in turn means I eat out. A lot. So, looking forward to getting back in control, hopefully reversing the resistance to insulin whilst also balancing my poor scrambled hormones, and learning how to cope with weeks at a time living on restaurant food!
