I have not had a good week this week and I have gained two pounds. I have to be more organised thus coming week. Realistically I would like to loose three pounds. We will see. Good luck everybody π

Never mind, it's given you more determination for this week! You can do it! π
Planning is key π
If you can plan your daily meals and snacks in advance so your eating within your calorie allowance.
If your struggling to do this you can then see on pen and paper where you could tweek your daily food without being hungry.
I found these daily info sheets teally good so then i could look back on the weeks that worked and i lost weight π
