hi all im new one here i straggle lose weight for years when i was a teen, my biggest was 16.11 last Christmas im on around 16 stone mark know, past few months the weight not dropping of, when i do it will go back on. i do eat healthy have 3 meals day and 5 day or more, when i do snack its on fruit and veg. past 3 weeks im back on slimming world doing it at home and following the plan, next week i got healthy lifestyle app and hopefully they help me more. i also got blood test to see if i got type 2 d. i know i need to do more excise but again i do straggle and get the motivation to do it and i dont work so that can affect of how much excise i do , if i was working i will be moving around doing tasks boost the excise
