Starting again

Hello

I'm aged 37, 5'4" and weigh 12.12lb. I've been overweight / obese since age 20.

I have attempted many diets/health eating many times and have never succeeded, probably because I don't believe that I can do it. However, as I feel uncomfortable being this size, I have decided to try again starting today. Being obese is bad for my health and I don't think the extra weight suits me.

Good luck to everyone else who is trying again too!

EE
