Hi well after preparing all my meals ahead of time for work and the walk yesterday Iunchtime, I actually slept well and felt good in work with surprisingly more energy than normal - until the 4am slump, but a bit of fruit and a handful of nuts and a few strong words to myself soon sorted that out.The surprising thing was my pedometer read just under 12000 steps by the time I crawled into bed at 10 this morning
Usual food at work- sandwich, chocolate bar or pack, fizzy pop
Last night's food at work - homemade Broccoli soup, small chicken salad, fruit and a mix of nuts and seeds
