It's conditioned me well ! The weekend has always been known as 'treat time' treat time for me has always meant, lots of everything unhealthy, usually chocolate pizza garlic bread, sour cream etc etc etc..... Seeing my oh sit down with crisps etc leaves me feeling deprived so this week I changed something, I kept busy. I had my bath later, came down had my food, sensible food, then went to bed. It did work. There was little time for me to sit and feel deprived. I'm aware it might seem a bit sad but it did work...... it's obviously , as always, work in progress........ With Easter looming I will miss my usual holiday feasts so some planning and non food treats are to be thought out ......... Make up ? Massage ? The quit sugar is going well, easier than I thought it would be bit all these lovely eater eggs !!! I just want to bury my head in them all 😊
