Happy new year everyone !! 😀 aiming for healthy BMI range and 1 dress size 2 jeans size down ( because the chest area can't reduce that much but there's more fat to be lost from the tummy!!!) ☀️

That's nice, Have just spent last hour looking at my diary for the last year. I felt it was a terrible year for me until I did this. my Dad and mother-in-law died my daughter needed lots of support through a divorce grandchildren had to stay with us one night a week Mum needed and needs constant visiting and then I have a health scare which we don't know outcome of so I couldn't wait for 2015 to end. However having looked through the year their are lots of positive things, they had just been masked by all the negatives. So I am now writing a positive list and feeling very good today. Best wishes for new year
