since I started plan and registered on here I also started a job an have been too busy to post really BUT I have lost 24lb in 12 weeks. Couple of weeks off now for Xmas an then back on it with another 3.5 stone to lose

Congratulations on completing your 12 weeks and it's great to here you have lost 24 lbs in those 12 week so very well done on your achievements. You must be really proud of yourself
