Ok, so I am not weighing myself till tomorrow so I don't really know what to say about the outcome of week 3.
After my mini meltdown last week, I am definitely feeling more positive. November was a very busy month for me and things seem to be slowing down, so I feel much more positive.
I am ready to go full steam ahead this week! I am going to make sure it is a good week, exercise, food wise and all that great stuff!
I'll leave my week 3 account to that and will come back with a weigh in next week!
