Hi everyone. Well, I have made it through week 1. Apart from a couple of slip ups on Monday and Tuesday (the lure of chocolate was just too much for a girl to resist!) I have stuck to my allotted calories pretty well. In even made it to the gym! I started the week at 12.3, hopped on the scales at boots this morning and my little ticket said 11.13! 4lbs gone, I was not expecting this. Roll on week 2 ☺
