Just starting out!

I recently seen the NHS weight loss information and I am going to start the plan on Monday, keeping up to date with it and talking on here! Hopefully I will lose some weight and feel better in myself as now I feel overweight, unattractive and depressed. Hopefully this will help me to feel beautiful and happy!   • Good luck, the past six weeks have been fantastic for me - I've lost 16lb and have waaaaaay more energy than before! You've got to make the commitment to get the results, but like sueper says the support on here is fab and just reading helps to keep motivated.

    If you've not got an exercise plan in place the couch to 5 k is a great place to start and I found out today that there is a nhs 12 wk exercise plan that would work well hand in hand with the diet. Not sure on the link, but if you Google 'nhs c25k', you'll find it.

  • Hi Chloe, good luck!! If you're starting on Monday then it is worth looking for Lowcal's "please join me for a Monday weigh in" thread. Every one on here is supportive and many us post in that thread - it is a good place to start the week :) You can do this Chloe, believe in yourself :)
