I’ve had a bit of a nightmare with my weight loss because I was constipated for a week (gross sorry!) and I just felt generally unwell.
I made a decision to work out Monday – Thursday after work for at least an hour without fail.
As of today I have done that for 4 weeks and I also went yesterday.
My weight was 19 stones 6lb when I first started my weight loss journey.
A month ago it was 11 stones 9lb
And today it is 11 stone 2lbs. That’s a loss of 7lbs in a month. I will happily take that.
I would like to lose another stone and a half but I’d even take just the half now : )
