I wish...

Sat on the patio this morning with the sun shining down on me, the village waking up around and bees and butterflies busily doing what bees and butterflies do. I have a big bowl of honeydew melon and fresh strawberries on the table alongside a pot of tea with milk jug ( skimmed milk). On a plate there is a small crusty roll and a couple of ripe sliced tomatoes sprinkled with pepper. All is in or on beautiful vintage china, the table adorned with a handmade vintage tablecloth.

Some may wish for a lottery win. I wish for many more days like this, to sit and thank my lucky stars that my problems are undoubtedly smaller and far less significant than many. My wish is for this sense of peace for all.

P.S. I'm not saying a lottery win wouldn't come in handy............ Lol 😄😃😀😊☺️😉

My idea of heaven! I'm such a rickety person that I always like to use a teapot, cup and saucer and lay the table with a tablecloth.
