2nd week weigh in

Hi, I didn't et weighed on my first week but got weighed yesterday and have lost 6lbs, which has made me happy. Struggling with my 5 a day, was thought I was doing well but still don't think I'm eating enough. Usually have an apple, Satsuma, maybe some strawberries or blueberries and they salad for lunch and some veg with evening meal but not sure my portions are right. :)

  • Well done thats great keep up the good work. Increase 5 a day as you go, you have started really well. I think its 100g of fruit or veg equals 1 portion of your 5 a day :)
