I'm back

Hi all

I've been gone for a while but I'm back now for a new beginning. I got up nice and early today, had a cup of coffee and I'm wondering what I should do first. I didn't check my weight after last week, and I won't do it for a while because the scale just makes me sad and frustrated. I'll go for working on feeling better this time without numbers :) Happy Monday everyone ! ;)
