Hello guys, sorry it's been a while since being here, had 2 bereavements to cope with, in a better place now. As for the weight, I lost a further stone since last talking, how's everyone else going??

I am so sorry about your two bereavements, that must be really hard - one is bad enough!

Well done on continuing to lose the weight though, I think I would have gone off the boil entirely, so you are clearly doing something right.

Since you were last on here I hit the 6 stone lost mark and also graduated on the C25K running programme - yay!

Sorry to hear about your troubles Sue, but well done on the weight front. I've plateaued the last few weeks, but I think that's over now, so onwards and downwards.
