well I have finally taken the plunge - my dress feels like a corset so time for action

I enjoy my food, exercise like a mad woman at weekends but am stuck to my office chair during the week and my weight is increasing, every time I look at myself I appear bigger! My clothes no longer fit and jeans get stuck 3/4 up my legs. Feel totally fed up so on a mission to look in the mirror and like the reflection that looks back at me!

It's a huge mountain to climb as I sit on my butt all day in the office so burn zero calories for 9 hours a day x 5 aagghh

Yeah it's frustrating when you're stuck in an environment which makes it hard for you to move. Would you be able to sit on a gym ball? It would work your core to keep your balance... Is there any chance to stand a bit more at work - helps your back and uses more calories. Can you go for a walk at lunchtime? Just a thought...
