Hope you all had a great day today. To stop myself from over eating and being a couch potato, I decided to workout again after work. I just did a 2 mile interval run and a high intensity 24 minute circuit too. As much as I hate burps and kettlebell swings, I am glad I did it. anyway keep up the good work everyone.

Mmm, I have limited myself to weighing once a day as soon as I get up .... Historically I have seemed to let things slide if I don't keep my eye on the ball ... BUT it's always been a balance between nonchalance and obsession!! Hence my once a day limit 😉I know it's not the same for everybody, but it keeps me honest!! Good luck finding your balance 👍
Awww thanks fibronfedup. Although I have had 2 good days on the plan, I need to stop weighing myself all the time. I know these things take time and the body weight fluctuates. I'm so glad I have this forum
