I lost 1.4 kg ! I know its not a big deal, but its something ! I know I haven't kept track of everything I ate and drank, but I'm glad my scale moved at least a little bit. It's a good motivation.
I'm going abroad for the next few days, so I'm not sure I'll be able to count everything again, but I'll try my best to be even better than for the past 6 days. I think a bit of different air will do me good. And I'll be out from the house for a while
