day 6

I lost 1.4 kg ! I know its not a big deal, but its something ! I know I haven't kept track of everything I ate and drank, but I'm glad my scale moved at least a little bit. It's a good motivation.

I'm going abroad for the next few days, so I'm not sure I'll be able to count everything again, but I'll try my best to be even better than for the past 6 days. I think a bit of different air will do me good. And I'll be out from the house for a while ;)

  • That's a great start! Enjoy your holidays, drink a lot of water and walk as much as you can, that will help you prevent from gaining weight xx

  • Thats a great amount lost, dont put it down you lost weight and that is what you are aiming for so well done. You know where you went right and wrong and can learn from that. Enjoy your time away and stay active when you can. Keep up the good work
