My exercise class had been closed for the last two weeks, due to school holidays. I have really missed them. I am 78 years old, and due to
osteoporosis, I go to Sit and be Fit (sitting exercise to music). I'm sure that it would suit some of the people that find exercise too difficult. People of all ages go, some with disabilities. It's for ankles, knees, and all over body is included. Thought that this suggestion might help some of you.
