I'm new here. Its good to see there is a forum! I would like to motivate each other to lose weight and feel fab! I am 18 stone and have at least 6 stone to lose. I have heard it all before in various diet clubs - one day at a time, no junk food, etc etc but having a forum is useful to encourage each other. I find it easier to encourage others but I need to swallow my own words too! Let's share your triumphs and despair... through the despair we can triumph!

I am new here too ! I just finished week 1 it's hard to find motivation but reading everyone's posts and seeing they are having the same struggles as me is a huge help I have about 7 and a half stone to lose which seems like sooo much but unfourunatly it is just one day at a time !!!
