It's my silver wedding anniversary in December and i would love to renew my vows, as i got married in a registry office it would be lovely to do it in church with the white dress i never had, but weighing in at 19stone 12, that is not going to happen. So here i am hoping that this diet will be the last one. First day and first goal to lose maybe 3 stone by August as I'm going to Mauritius. Wish me luck.

Firstly congratulations on being married for nearly 25 years. That is a significant achievement and something of which you and your husband can be justifiably very proud.
Mauritius also sounds like a dream holiday, so you have two powerful goals to work towards. Keep them in mind, visualise them in detail, and let them help you make this the 'last diet'. Keep us posted and good luck!
