Weighed in on Monday, and wanted to chat with the Monday weigh-in group but now I can't find you - hopefully, you will find me. I am making healthy choices this week and have been to a spin class and a 3 mile jog, tomorrow planning boxersize. How is everyone else getting on? Any help and tips please, I am getting desperate!!! I am hoping but chatting on here to people in the same position, we can all do well together. x7

I just started posting a weekly report. I don't know if I followed 'forum etiquette' or if I disgraced myself.
I don't know, yet, whether I'm going to be brutally honest or I'm going to wimp out when I have a bad week.
I see the weekly weigh-in as a confirmation of that I followed my plan for the week (or not), what I achieved by sticking to the plan (or not), and set a plan for the coming week. The hope is that by providing a weekly report I'm setting myself tasks I'm less likely to avoid than if I were to try to 'go it alone'.

I do a regular Monday weigh-in post, entitled 'Please Join Me for a Monday Weigh-in (date in brackets). There are quite a few people who join in that weigh-in, and anyone is welcome to join it, hence the title inviting people to join in. So if you fancy joining us, then please do, you would be very welcome.
Have you seen the NHS 12 week structured plan - it is really good - lots of advice and a structured week by week healthy eating plan. Exercise is also a big part of the plan, and definitely recommended. Sounds like you're already making some healthy choices and I hope you enjoyed your spin class and 3 mile jog - how was the boxercise??
