Over eater needs help.

Hi All, I have struggled with my weight for most of my life to top it I regularly over eat or binge then purge.

But just of late my eating habits have got out of control, I can feel the weight pileing on and I feel totally out of control.

I'm hoping a weight loss friend could be my answer.

Hi,

I just started my weight loss plan yesterday,and I've got my self a book and have started to write down everything I eat to try and keep in control of what I eat,what about trying that to see if it helps?

Use the free MyFitnessPal app to log everything you eat. Diets start at the supermarket so if there are foods you know you're going to binge on, don't buy them.

Thanks to all that have replied and given advice. I weighed myself this morning - 11st 11lbs I'm 5'7 ideally 10st is my goal.

So here we go.....

Just remember that you can regain control. It will be 'painful' for a short while, but then you will settle down into a new eating routine.

Don't try and make progress fast, or it will be too overwhelming. First, before you even think about weight loss, focus on eating in a structured and orderly way, not randomly. Once you have mastered that, you can start focusing on eating less/cutting down. Step by step, and you will get there.
