I am just being nosey :) I love the hot and sunny weather for things like walking and gardening (spent 2 hours using shears and a strimmer today!), but I don't like working out (like running or going to the gym) in that weather, I prefer it colder.

How about you?

I hate exercise in this heat!! Defiantly prefer cold weather haha even when it's cold I throw windows open before I attempt exercise, other than that I'm same love this weather don't mind walking in it

Totally the same that's why I've got my bike out otherwise I would do very little exercise.

I tend not to be all that well in warm weather. But going out in the evening for a run can be lovely, I just pick less exposed spots

I don't like gyms but have a dog who gets more longer walks when the weathers is nicer and longer light evenings x
