WLC week 5

Weighed in on Monday at 10st 1 lb which is another pound off. I didnt do the measurements because I was really poorly so plan to do it next week and take a photo to see if I look thinner! The only bonus of feeling ill is that I seem to have lost my appetite - which is a first for me! I havent really eaten very much, no alcohol so Im guessing that will be reflected next week. But unfortunately I haven't done any running on the C25K, no swimming and no exercises. Roll on next week and I feel better...
