Been to the supermarket, bought a load of healthy food, managed not to get sidetracked into going to the coffee shop (so I felt pleased with myself). The good thing about living on my own is that I just have to cater for myself, it's when I go out that I get tempted. So let's see how much I will have lost by this time next week, hopefully a pound or two. Although I know in the past that it has been slow going, but it is just one of those things.
Perhaps I should have mentioned that I am 13st 2lbs.
