WLC week 4

I have weighed in at 10.2 which is a lb off last week: on target so I'm very pleased. Have lost another cm off my waist too so all good. We have just booked to go to Sardinia in late May so another incentive. Im doing the c25k and a bit of the 10 min activity things - not that they appear to have made much impact. So generally feeling pretty positive but a bit bored!

  • Good work! When you say bored, is it with the food or the exercise, or even both? I know that I can get in to the trap of eating the same low fat items, and have to shake it up a bit, but generally this hits in about the 3rd month.
