FITBIT ONE

Hi everybody im new on here. Is anyone using a fitbit one? is it worth buying? have you lost weight since using this?

I'm using Fitbit Flex and have been for a couple of months. I love it, I'm in maintenance so I am not trying to lose weight so I can't comment on that, I would say though it has helped with my fitness goals and it definitely motivates me. I don't use the their food database, I use the MyfitnessPal one as it is UK friendlier, this then syncs flawlessly with Fitbit, I also use several other apps that do the same, such as Nike + for running.

thanks for the reply I looked into the flex too but a few reviewers had said it wasn't as accurate as the one so i've just placed an order for the one...feel sick as its expensive but if it motivates me then its totally worth it.

I've had no issues with accuracy to date as far as I am aware, I run with Nike + and the numbers usually match pretty closely, when they sync on the Dashboard.

Hi I use a Fitbit 1 and love it. It certainly motivates you to get moving and syncs well with My Fitness Pal. I just need to get the diet under control now. Ive just completed week 1 and have lost 5lbs!
