Morning walks are the best and good fresh air first thing can give a positive impact on the rest of your day! I feel happy when I’m outside and enjoy walks with Brandi - it takes away all stresses of busy life and any hidden anxiety. If you haven’t tried an early morning walk then go on, try it, it smells amazing 😊. Doing this is good for mind, body & spirit 🦋.
