Where now?

Hi, I'm so upset that I'm being seemingly fobbed off by my neurologist.

For three years I've had ear pain, Headaches, hemifacial spasm, tinnitus, wooshing or thuds in my ears, numbness that comes over my face (all the same side) vision issues, wobbly spells, and now I have a strabismus.

They won't do a contrast mri or any other tests to give me a diagnosis, just keep pushing meds onto ne

So far I've tried Gabapentin, occipital nerve blocks, Topirimate, Carbimazipine, all with varying degrees of success managing my symptoms but the last two with side effects bad enough to stop them.

Neuro has now mentioned FND, and insists I don't have IIH but won't do any further tests. I'm 45 and can't face the rest of my life like this.

Any advice welcome
